Once your order has shipped we will email you a tracking confirmation (If you do not receive a tracking number please be sure to check your spam mail folder in your email account).

RETURN POLICY 

You may return your purchase within 60 days of receipt for 100% Money Back Guarantee (excludes any upgraded shipping costs). If your product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with a replacement we will pay to return the item to us and issue you a refund. Please keep in mind that if you decide to return your order you must request an RA# first by clicking the link below. All product return requests only need to meet these 3 qualifications:

• Requested within 60 Days of receipt
• The products are in the original packaging
• You let us know how we can improve it

​Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that do not meet these three requirments.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable form of shipping to ensure the package is returned safely to us. Refunds are typically processed within 3 days of us recieving the returned package.
