STEP 1: Face Wash - Splash your face with warm water. Use your fingertips to massage the face wash across your skin for 30 seconds.

STEP 2: Face Scrub - Use 1-2x weekly after washing your face. Apply to damp skin working in a circular motion gently exfoliating your skin. Avoid eyes and lips. Remove with warm water and pat dry.

STEP 3: Eye Cream - Dab a small amount of cream around your eyes each morning and evening.

STEP 4: Serums - Apply "Activated Defense" Every Morning (AM) & "Alpha-RF" Every Night (PM) For 45 Days for Optimized Results!
